ARCADERECALL

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

1. The service

Arcade Recall (“the site”) provides free browser-based vocabulary games and word lists. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Acceptable use

The site is provided for personal learning and classroom teaching. You may not: scrape or republish the site's content on a commercial scale; attempt to disrupt, overload or probe the site's infrastructure; or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Word lists and definitions are intended for educational use; teachers may print and distribute them within their own classes.

3. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep the games accurate (definitions are checked against learner-dictionary standards) but we do not guarantee error-free content. Vocabulary shown is for general English learning and is not professional, legal or medical advice.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcade Recall and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Local scores and decks are stored on your device; we are not responsible for their loss when you clear browser data.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows (for example, when paid premium features launch). Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
